Summer’s yoga journey began in 2006. She started practicing yoga as a way to relieve stress, find inner harmony, and physical balance. She was amazed at the transformative power of yoga, not just as a physical practice but as a path to self-confidence and personal growth.

After several years of taking yoga classes, Summer completed her 200 hour YTT here at Yoga Secrets in 2022. Summer also teaches PureBarre and has spent many years teaching various group fitness formats.

The aspect that brought her to teaching yoga is a “love for connecting with others and helping each person meet their individual yoga needs”. She loves being able to offer students modifications or options that help foster a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome and empowered.

Through movement and breathwork, along with a passion for music, her classes are infused with vibrant energy and heartfelt rhythms. Come enjoy a unique and uplifting experience where
