Heather got hooked on yoga more than 20 years ago to round out her physical workouts and relieve work stress. After completing a career in law enforcement, she wanted to find a way to give back and share the physical and mental benefits of yoga. Heather completed her RYT 200 at Flow Yoga Center in Washington DC. Recognizing the importance of achieving a Yang/Yin balance, Heather completed 70 hours of Yin training. Heather takes great pride in sharing a yoga "experience" whether it is sweating and growing stronger to a fun playlist in a power class or finding stillness and being mindful in a meditative yin class.
