Cassie sees yoga as a means by which we can change our own lives and become more aware of the ways in which we treat ourselves and others. The practice is not specific to personality, body type, or religion. It is an accessible way to heal, strengthen, humble, grow and learn to get through life with the least amount of worry or distress. Maybe you learn something new about yoga or yourself. Practicing and teaching gives Cassie the opportunity to help you do this. She is grateful to share her love of yoga and life with those around her.
