Learn basic yoga postures with appropriate modifications and experience guided relaxation, breathwork and meditation. Appropriate for beginners and all students looking for a traditional, well-rounded practice.

FitYoga Basics

Build strength for proper alignment and joint stability while gaining body awareness to break up imbalanced movement patterns. Appropriate for beginners, students with physical limitations, injury rehab, postnatal.

Gentle / Slow Flow

A satisfying blend of movement, stretching, breath and body awareness. Appropriate for beginners and all levels of practitioners looking to heal through slow, mindful movement.

Sunrise / Sunset

These all-levels flowing classes are the perfect way to start or end your day! Sunrise Yoga focuses your mind and opens your body to make the most of your day while Sunset Yoga will help you decompress after a busy day.

Arm Balances & Inversions

A playful practice focusing on drills and sequences to prepare the body for inversions and arm balances. Appropriate for anyone looking to build on their foundation and fly! Must be 18 to attend.

Hot Vinyasa

For advanced practitioners, a quicker pace and heated room (mid-90s) combines with challenging sequencing to build mental focus, physical strength and increase cardiovascular endurance while fostering flexibility.

Warm Vinyasa

Held in a moderately heated room (mid 80s), this practice is appropriate for intermediate to advanced practitioners looking for a traditional, well-rounded practice.

Yin

A passive style of practice that gives your mind the space to unwind and your body the time to open. Appropriate for beginners, those focused on increasing flexibility, for stress relief, or to balance out an active, hard-working body.
