Tom finds yoga to be a great way to un clutter the mind and keep a healthy body. His love of yoga started years ago as a happy accident when he walked into a class to see what it was all about. He found something there that he couldn’t quite put his finger on , so he kept going back. That quickly turned into a love of yoga with Ashtanga Yoga becoming his favorite. Tom tries to sequence a class with the idea of letting the body naturally open before building to a faster paced practice.
