Dory was dragged to her first yoga class by a co-worker in 2006. First it was the physical benefits that kept her coming back, and then it turned into a literal life saver. Yoga and the pranayam practices helped battle chronic anxiety and depression. The practice became a place of peace and self acceptance, a place to grow self worth and a place to sit with grief.
There is nothing more satisfying to Dory than being able to share the gift of yogic practices and Asana with others, creating a safe space for healing and becoming more resilient. Strong practices laced with yogi philosophy and Ayurvedic lessons are her favorite to teach.
