Yoga science confirms that it takes 40 days to fully develop a new life promoting habit or to drop a current destructive habit.  Yoga Secrets 40 day Challenge is a great opportunity to strengthen the body, unburden the mind, and begin a daily commitment to yourself.  In 40 days you can change the way you live!

 

It is simple this is a commitment with yourself.  Commit to at least 10 minutes of daily yoga!

 

That can mean a lot of different things to different people.  Here are some examples.

 

Mediation – learn just to be.

 

Do karma yoga .. selfless service without expectation of reward or praise

 

Pranayama..these breathing techniques help you regain vital energy—prana

 

Eat Well---The yogic diet consists of pure, simple, and natural foods that are easily digested and promote health

 

Do yoga asana.  You are always welcome to come into the studio for a class, or a great time to develop a home practice.

 

To join the challenge fill out the contract with your intention.  This is a contract with yourself and it is a declaration that you will spend 40 days nourishing your body+mind+spirit by taking steps to build health and wellness in your through yoga…

 

It costs nothing to participate and you don’t need to tell anyone if you don’t want to. However if you want to share your experience with others we will be posting on the Yoga Secrets page on Facebook.  This is a wonderful to get support and help stay committed to your yoga!
